Come join us! **Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:** + Assist Principal Engr and PM with CMT dispatching. + Assist Principal Engr and PM with proposal prep. + Proactive communication between project managers and client representatives. + Other duties as assigned by manager. **Minimum requirements:** + 0-5 years' experience as an administrative assistant. + Must have a valid driver's license + High school diploma/GED required. **Technical requirements:** + Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel spreadsheets, and LIMS software. + Ability to learn and effectively use Atlas systems. **Other miscellaneous qualities:** + Must have good organizational and communication skills. + Must be detail oriented. + Must be adaptable to changes in priorities. **Benefits:** Atlas offers a comprehensive benefit program to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
