Help Wanted: Part-Time Administrative Assistant
Location : Renaissance Historic Exteriors – 2070 N. Lark Drive, Fenton, MO.
Schedule : Part-Time | Weekdays | Flexible Hours.

Pay: Hourly: $18-$20.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a professional office environment? Renaissance Historic Exteriors is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and wants to make a meaningful impact across several departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception & Office Support:

• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Process mail and manage shipping/receiving duties (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Greet and assist walk-in visitors and clients.
• Maintain office supplies, file systems, and common area organization.
• Assist in setting up meetings, training sessions, and ordering meals as needed.

Breakroom & Common Area Maintenance:

• Restock and tidy up breakroom and restrooms daily.
• Track inventory of janitorial supplies and report needs to HR.
• Light cleaning duties (wiping counters, vacuuming, appliance upkeep).

Administrative Support to Office Manager:

• Type and review proposals, reports, and client correspondence.
• Scan, fax, copy, and organize digital files in our cloud system.
• Research property data and obtain necessary permits for projects.
• Prepare service agreements and coordinate permit submissions.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma required; Associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years administrative and office experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general tech-savviness.
• Highly organized, dependable, and professional in appearance.
• Ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed.
