Job Description

Seeking a seasoned professional to lead or support end-to-end solution development and delivery in FEA analysis and SAP E HANA implementations. The role demands deep technical expertise, project leadership capabilities, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across geographies. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing technical solutions, mentoring teams, and engaging stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery within time and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom tools using Hypermesh tailored to client-specific FEA analysis requirements.
• Architect and implement optimal configurations for SAP Native HANA solutions, including integration with platforms such as IBP and SAC.
• Lead technical design discussions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and SAP best practices.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solution walkthroughs, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and deliver capability presentations and technical assessments to clients and internal teams.
• Manage project planning activities including resource allocation, timelines, and coordination of offshore/onshore delivery.
• Review technical documentation and enforce compliance with architecture and security standards.
• Mentor junior consultants, fostering continuous development in FEA and SAP technology areas.
• Represent technical teams in governance, architecture boards, and risk mitigation discussions.

Must-Have Skills

• FEA Analysis: Advanced understanding of finite element principles with a focus on performance and safety validation.
• Hypermesh: Proficiency in modeling, simulation setup, and custom tool development.
• SAP Native HANA: Deep experience with SQLScript, calculation views (graphical/scripted), table functions, and stored procedures.
• Authorization & Security: In-depth knowledge of analytical privileges and role-based access design in HANA.
• Data Modeling: Ability to design scalable, real-time reporting solutions across large datasets.
• Project Leadership: Solid grasp of project management tools and methodologies for cross-functional team delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal skills to lead client interactions, solution demonstrations, and business alignment efforts.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to articulate complex concepts clearly.

Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Certified FEA Specialist
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• SAP HANA or SAC-related certifications

Bonus Skills

• Exposure to SAP ABAP and integration with ABAP systems
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BusinessObjects, or related frontend BI tools
