Key Responsibilities:
Handle cases involving real estate litigation, business litigation, condominium and HOA disputes, municipal ordinance violations, and landlord/tenant issues.
Manage pleading and discovery matters, as well as motions practice.
Prepare for and attend depositions.
Represent clients in court for contested and uncontested matters, including motion hearings and trials.

Ideal Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in general civil litigation (preferred).
Must be a licensed Florida Bar attorney.
Excellent research and writing skills are essential (motions-heavy practice).
Strong knowledge of the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients.
Proven skills in managing and resolving legal disputes through settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial.
Ability to develop case-specific legal strategies to best advocate for clients.
