Position: Baker
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team. The Baker will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Ensure all baked goods are fresh and of high quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in developing new recipes and menu items
- Follow health and safety protocols
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker
- Knowledge of baking techniques and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative and innovative mindset
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
