We are a diverse and experienced group of 5 Chiropractic doctors, young progressive to wisdom of ages, looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our practice in Austin, TX. We are looking for a Chiropractor who is passionate about working closely with patients, creating long term relationships with them while providing high-quality, individualized care. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a team player, who is friendly, compassionate, entrepreneurial, and has knowledge of or willingness to learn Upper Cervical Specific technique of Orthospinology, to full spine, customized to each patient, and extremity adjusting as well. Duties:
-Perform initial exams and re-exams (health history, focused physical exam, review pertinent imaging/documents/reports)
-Take and review Diagnostic imaging/X-rays, or refer for CBCT-3-D imaging of the head and neck, Upright MRI
-Evaluate findings and determine diagnosis.
-Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
-Patient education as to diagnosis, 1-1 Patient Report of Finding, treatment plan options, pre and post treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home stretches and exercises, and benefits of continued chiropractic care
-Treatment- Chiropractic Care- adjustments, Orthospinology (upper cervical technique), Gonstead, CBP, rehab and various therapies and modalities
-Documentation and Charting (timely and accurate notes)
-Work cooperatively with the team and other support staff for comprehensive patient care
-Patient follow up to ensure treatment goals are being met- reassessments


Requirements:
-Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC)
-Active Chiropractor license in TX
-Knowledge of or willingness to learn Orthospinology technique (upper cervical technique)
Schedule:
-Full time Monday -Friday (2 afternoons off a week)

Salary (range):
-$80k-$110k depending on experience plus bonus compensation
