Job Title: Business Execution Consultant 2
Pay Rate: $47.18 per hour
Physical Work Location: 1525 W W T Harris Blvd (CIC), Charlotte, NC - ON-SITE
Shift: Weekdays + Business Standard Hours
Anticipated Duration: 6-month contract with a possible contract extension
Team Overview:
-From a high level this is a training team that trains on product changes. This team works closely with product teams. As a change is delivered in systems, this team collects change details and prepares training materials for operations teams and educates on the changes to the system.
-This team is a repository for those changes and training materials
-Currently there are 4 new change demand products and 12-13 other products where training is provided. Training can be introductory or as a reminder of previous changes etc.
-Specifics are collected and they work with SME's and product teams to create documentation to provide guidance on
the training
Skills/Requirements
-5 years of relevant experience minimum
-Should have training experience in the past, that is the #1 requirement
-The resource will need to create materials and conduct trainings for a product management organization
-Past experience working with technology teams
-Traditional business consultants or technical writers can do the analysis, but these resources need to stand in front of 500+ people and orchestrate the training. Someone who is just a technical writer or aware of the materials is not enough, they need to be adept at catching audiences
-Prior product management knowledge is great, having knowledge of how product management works from start to
finish at a high level is a good to have but the team is not seeking product management profiles, it is just the
knowledge the team needs. If they just have knowledge of SDLC that would be good enough, in addition to the
training background
-Wires, investigations and monitoring systems are examples of what is supported. The programs are vast.
-Understanding of strategy and being able to meet with stakeholders, and develop a training plan is important
-Someone who is experienced in adult learning, learning and development for an enterprise/fortune 50 company is most important, above banking/product experience
