About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Marketing with a strong background in EdTech. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading all corporate marketing initiatives and campaigns, managing the production of marketing assets, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns against company goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement marketing programs to drive company awareness and generate qualified leads. The Director of Marketing will also be expected to analyze prospect and consumer behavior to adjust campaigns, and to experiment across different engagement and communication channels. Applicants for the Director of Marketing position at the company must have proven experience in identifying target audiences and delivering marketing campaigns, as well as expert knowledge of segmentation and marketing automation best practices. The role demands a professional with a strong ability to drive omnichannel marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate, and who has a combined background across the entire sales cycle. Expertise in implementing an overall marketing strategy, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a relevant Bachelor’s degree are also required. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, capable of working in a dynamic, remote environment, and will bring a passion for EdTech and the impact of technology on education.
