Job Description

Role : D ocument Processing Specialist Specified productivity speed/number of tasks/amount of material: 70 orders processed per day. So they will need to process 7-8 an hour each day. Time frame for completion: 8 AM - 5 PM from Monday through Friday Description This team takes in records from both electronic (fax or email) and physical (mail or drop off) sources, in order to process. By processing these records, you would attach them to a patient or client in their digital record. These records can be an insurance case, claims case, or anything needed to have the records documented for Lawyers/Insurance companies to process for Workers' Comp or other insurance claims. Duties Include: + Bringing in the hard or electronic copy of the record. + Doing quality control to verify that all of the necessary information on the record is recorded, and that it is correct and lines up. + Calling the customers/patients/clients to verify or clarify some information, which they say happens about twice a day, otherwise just computer work. + Send records over to Quality Control, Billing, or the Legal Team Department, pending the result. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Excel: A lot of the files will be put in Excel + Customer service + Attention to detail + 2+ years of experience in data entry Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
