About the Electrician: This Electrician role is based out of our HQ in Lititz, PA, and is a part of our New Construction and Commercial Install Group. New Construction Electricians can expect to earn $20 to $25 per hour, with consistent OT opportunities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is experienced in Electrical New Construction, enjoys working on a job site & seeing the project progress, and is passionate about growing and learning as an Electrician and living out our core values, like Excellence, Teamwork, and Safety. There are no overnights or out-of-town assignments as all our projects are based out of Lititz, PA and sites are in-state within 1 to 1.5 hours from Lititz. This is a Safety Sensitive position. What You Will Do: Be a diligent, and knowledgeable Electrician with experience working on commercial/residential new construction job sites. Install and troubleshoot electrical equipment and wiring in each stage of construction from rough-ins to finish-outs. Install commercial service equipment and conduit. Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with different leveled electricians and foremen to complete projects on time. Read and understand architectural prints as well as utilize your knowledge of code requirements. Utilize clear communication with general contractors and our other trades. Provide guidance and share knowledge with Electrical Apprentices who are just getting started in the trade. Understand the importance of following General Construction and Haller Safety protocols. (REQUIRED) An associate degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is beneficial but not required. OSHA-10 Certification. Knowledge and enforcement of the NEC code book. A strong drive to do the job right the first time and pride in your work. Be a lifelong learner and realize you never stop learning and growing in the field to be good at the trade. A Journeyman's license is a plus!
