💼 Role Summary:

As an Event Marketing Assistant, you'll represent national nonprofit organizations at local events, community centers, and retail-based outreach campaigns. You’ll engage directly with the public to raise awareness, educate community members, and inspire donations that support meaningful causes.

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

• Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of live fundraising events and outreach campaigns

• Represent charitable partners at community pop-ups, retail promotions, and local events

• Engage face-to-face with the public to share campaign messaging and drive donor support

• Track performance metrics such as donor signups and engagement quality

• Collaborate with your outreach team to meet fundraising goals and optimize campaign impact

• Participate in hands-on training and leadership development workshops

• Ensure all communications align with brand and compliance standards

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with strangers and working in busy, public-facing environments

• Organized, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced setting

• Self-starter with a positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Weekend availability and local travel required

• No experience necessary — we provide full, paid training!
