Charlotte’s Best Nanny Agency is assisting a family in Oakhurst in finding a Full-Time Nanny for their Infant boy. The nanny would typically be needed 42 hours a week.
Monday - 10 am to 6 pm
Tuesday - 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
Wednesday - 10 am to 6 pm
Thursday - 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
Friday - 8 am to 2 pm
The best nanny for this family would be nurturing, trustworthy, reliable, experienced in caring for infants, and have a Montessori background. The ideal candidate will take a proactive approach to care while prioritizing the child’s safety and well-being. During the day, the nanny should remain fully engaged with the child, fostering a fun and engaging environment to encourage growth and development. Daily activities should include tummy time, reading, singing, teaching baby signs, and interactive play with age-appropriate toys. Reliability is essential, being on time and consistent with care. The family values clear and effective communication and is looking for a nanny who will maintain an open dialogue. Responsibilities will include helping to establish and maintain a daily routine, and as the child grows, planning age-appropriate outings such as walks and community activities.
Nanny Responsibilities Include:
Meeting daily scheduling needs of the child(Feeding, Changing, Napping)
Engaging with the child on an age-appropriate level
Playing with the child both inside and outside the home
Doing hands-on learning activities with the child
Household Duties Include (Child is first priority):
Child’s laundry and changing children’s sheets weekly
Child’s meal prep
Unloading/loading the dishwasher
Sanitizing toys and frequently used surfaces by the child
Picking up after the nanny and the child throughout the day
Emptying the diaper pail
Pets: The family has one indoor/outdoor cat, which resides outside during the day and comes inside the home to sleep at night. The cat is primarily kept in separate quarters from the main living area when inside. The nanny will have no pet responsibilities and will not need to come into contact with the cat while working.
Qualifications:
Have at least 3 years of professional nanny experience
Have a college degree or equivalent experience
Have a professional resume

Pass a national background check, including a driving record check
Have a valid driver’s license
Have safe and reliable transportation
Have a minimum of three professional references
Be non-smoking/vaping, and no recreational drug use
CPR and First Aid Certified
Nanny should be fluent in English, any additional languages are a plus
Must be up to date on the TDAP vaccine before starting the position
Start Date, Salary, and Benefits:
This position starts October 6th
Legal pay is offered at $28-$30 an hour, depending on experience
