Job Title: Part-Time Maintenance Technician
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Part-Time (Weekends/Evenings as needed)
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team in Austin, TX. This is a part-time position ideal for someone with general maintenance skills who takes pride in keeping facilities safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and minor repairs across the facility.
Replace and install basic electrical fixtures, including light switches, receptacles, light bulbs, and lighting fixtures.
Conduct basic plumbing repairs such as unclogging drains or fixing minor leaks.
Assist with HVAC filter changes and general system upkeep.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
Respond to work orders and maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Previous experience in building maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools.
Ability to perform light lifting, bending, and manual labor as required.
Strong attention to detail, safety, and problem-solving skills.
Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
