Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Marketing Associate to join our team. Job Responsibilities - Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams with R&D, Sales, and Finance to support product launches, promotional activities, and branding efforts.
- Manage and create content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and traditional marketing.
- Support event planning and execution, including trade shows, sport events, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Work with PR teams to manage media relations and influencer partnerships.
- Track and report on campaign performance and provide insights for improvement.
Qualifications - 0-3 years of relevant experience Preferred
- A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Psychology, Data Analytics or related field preferred
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated strength in creative thought and visual problem solving
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
