What You’ll Do:

As a key member of our front office team, you’ll help ensure every patient feels seen, heard, and valued. Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming patients and managing daily office flow.
• Scheduling appointments, answering phones and emails.
• Preparing patient charts and ensuring accurate EMR records.
• Handling payments and consent forms.
• Supporting physicians with photography and patient communication.
• Engaging in social media and light marketing efforts.
• Keeping the space tidy, warm, and well-stocked.

Skills & Traits for Success:

• Natural multitasker and problem-solver.
• Friendly and professional communicator.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits.
• Eager to learn and open to training.
• Comfortable with technology and modern office tools.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
