Communiboost We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Office Assistant, you will be the backbone of our organizational structure, assisting with a wide range of office tasks and ensuring that every process runs effectively and efficiently.

Salary Range: $17.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Manage and organize office files, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in ordering as needed.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
• Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
