Job Description

Soho is seeking a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our executive team. As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and facilitating effective communication across various departments. You will serve as a gatekeeper, ensuring that the executive's time is maximized by prioritizing tasks, preparing agendas, and following up on action items. Your ability to manage confidential information discreetly will be crucial as you take on responsibilities such as travel arrangements, event planning, and general administrative duties. Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars and schedule appointments effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
  • Prepare briefings and agendas for meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring easy access to information.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
  • Familiar with social media - do tasks at home and travel from time to time

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various office software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • A proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
