We currently have a role available for a Pharma Cell Molecular Biologist in a pharmaceutical research lab setting.

Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Engineering stable cell lines using transfection, lentiviral transduction, etc. and maintaining cultures of frequently used suspension and adherent cell lines.
  • Strong hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture, cell proliferation assays, aseptic techniques, transfections, and cell maintenance required.
  • Experience with CRISPR-Cas9 technology would be a plus.
• Execute in vitro experiments, analyze and interpret experiments, and prepare technical reports.
  • Experience with flow cytometry, fluorescence and immuno-fluorescence imaging, Western Blotting, and qPCR is required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, ImageJ, FlowJo, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills with experienced in documenting experimental work carefully.

Job requirements include, but are not limited to:

• BS - Cellular Biology or related field with 3+ years of industrial lab experience, preferably from pharma research arena. MS - Molecular or Cellular Biology with 0-2 years of industrial experience will also be considered.
• Team player mentality with strong written and verbal communication skills. Will be required to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including structural biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, and biophysics.
• The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with the leadership and communication skills necessary to operate effectively in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment with flexibility and an adaptable approach to goal delivery.
