CCMS & Associates is looking for a 1099 Residential and Commercial Property Claims Quality Review Specialist for the upcoming CAT season. We are answering a call to action to add to our existing roster. The time is now to get on with our innovative team!

We are seeking a Property Claims Quality Review Specialist with at least 3 years of field experience reviewing claims (some field adjusting experience preferred).

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years first-party property adjusting experience
• Some field adjusting experience preferred
• Commercial and flood experience preferred
• Working computer - internet access and Microsoft Word required
• Experience with Xactimate preferred. Symbility Claims Workspace experience is a plus 
• Must demonstrate strong time management and customer service skills
• Recommend Florida and Texas adjuster’s licenses. Depending on the location of the storm damage, other state licenses may be needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Review and apply applicable coverage forms and endorsements
• Complete review of residential property inspection documents (reports, photos and supporting documents) for quality and accuracy submitted by the field adjusters 
• Analyze coverage and review estimates with the ability to revise estimates using Xactimate.
• Experience with Symbility Claims Workspace is a plus 
• Effectively communicate with field adjusters and carrier desk adjusters
• Maintain accurate and organized claim files 
• Maintain acceptable product quality through compliance with established best practices
• Meet timelines and service expectations set by our clients 

Knowledge and Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of property and liability insurance coverage and industry standards
• Proficiency with Xactimate. Proficiency with Symbility. Claims Workspace is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

Schedule & Work Environment:

• Fully remote
• Standard 8-hour shifts with possibility of 10-12-hour shifts during a CAT
• Applicants to supply their own equipment
• Support provided
  All candidates must pass a full background check (void in states where prohibited)
