Job Title: Remediation Project Manager
Location: Hybrid / Flexible (U.S. Based, California preferred)
$115,000 - $150,000 DOE | Employee-Owned Company

Our client is an employee-owned environmental consulting firm seeking an experienced Remediation Project Manager to join their growing team. What You'll Do:Lead cradle-to-grave management of environmental remediation projects-from proposal through execution and closure.
Oversee and execute remedial activities , including fieldwork, performance monitoring, and system oversight.
Manage projects involving VOCs, petroleum hydrocarbons , and other complex contaminants.
Operate and maintain soil vapor extraction (SVE) systems ; experience with system design is a strong plus.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
Collaborate with clients, regulators, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions.
8+ years of experience in environmental consulting, including site remediation.
At least 2 years of full project management experience.
Proven experience with remedial technologies and contaminant chemistry , especially VOCs and petroleum hydrocarbons.
Direct experience with SVE O&M ; design experience preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license in California , or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire .
Strong leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
