Job Description

Are you passionate about travel and love helping others plan their dream vacations? We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Travel Coordinator. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to design and book unforgettable trips for both corporate and leisure clients to destinations around the world!

Key Responsibilities:
Research, create, and organize personalized travel itineraries tailored to each client's preferences.
Understand each client's unique travel needs and budget, ensuring the perfect trip plan.
Stay up-to-date with ongoing training and certification to maintain your expertise in booking travel.
Participate in webinars and training sessions with travel vendors and suppliers to become a destination expert.
Plan and manage travel within clients' budget constraints while offering the best options available.
Develop promotional materials to share travel opportunities with clients.
Stay informed about changing travel restrictions and guidelines to keep clients updated.
Book all travel components, including flights, car rentals, hotel accommodations, cruises, events, and more.
Maintain strong communication with clients before, during, and after their travels to ensure satisfaction.
Address any travel-related issues or concerns that may arise.
Network with tour operators to discover exclusive packages for clients.
Work either part-time or full-time, depending on your availability.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US, Mexico, Australia, or the United Kingdom.
Strong communication skills; sales experience is a plus.
Must have access to a smartphone with internet connectivity (a laptop is recommended but not required).
Previous personal travel experience is a plus, but not required.
A background in customer service or hospitality is helpful, though not essential.
