This isn’t your average sanctions advisory seat. This role is designed for attorneys who thrive at the intersection of global regulatory regimes, cutting-edge tech, and fast-moving corporate deals. If you know how to navigate OFAC like a pro and have advised crypto platforms or fintech disruptors on compliance issues, this is the one you’ve been waiting for.
What You'll Do:
Counsel elite clients — including major players in tech and cryptocurrency — on U.S. economic sanctions, especially those administered by OFAC.
Support complex cross-border transactions and corporate structuring with regulatory precision.
Partner closely with deal teams to ensure sanctions considerations are seamlessly integrated into global M&A and financing work.
Who You Are:
A mid-to-senior associate with robust experience in economic sanctions and export controls.
Comfortable advising on OFAC issues, particularly in the context of high-growth sectors like crypto and tech.
Experienced working on corporate deals, ideally in a BigLaw setting.
JD from a top-tier law school with exceptional academic credentials.
Member of the DC Bar or eligible for prompt admission.
