We're looking for a Social Media Manager to take our brand's online presence to the next level. In this role, you'll execute social media strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive consumer engagement, and spark conversations across multiple platforms.
You'll be the voice of the brand on social media—managing accounts, collaborating with internal and external partners, and coming up with fresh, innovative ideas to expand reach and engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
Manage and execute social media strategy - Oversee brand social channels, publishing engaging content that aligns with marketing priorities and team goals.
Create compelling content - Develop and post creative assets (graphics, videos, GIFs, memes, etc.) that reflect the brand's voice and tone.
Write engaging copy - Craft punchy, witty, and platform-specific social copy that resonates with the audience.
Manage the content calendar - Plan, schedule, and publish content across all brand channels.
Engage with the community - Monitor conversations, respond to comments, and build relationships with followers.
Social listening & reporting - Track performance, gather insights, and optimize content for better engagement.
Develop social campaigns - Ideate and execute innovative social media campaigns to support business objectives.
Stay ahead of trends - Experiment with new content formats, test strategies, and keep up with industry trends.
Cover live events - Provide real-time coverage for tournaments and other industry events (travel may be required).
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in social media marketing (preferably brand-side).
Background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (graphic design, video editing, creating GIFs, memes, etc.).
Experience using social media publishing, listening, and analytics tools.
Deep understanding of gaming, eSports, and internet culture.
Creative, proactive, and highly organized - able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, trend-driven environments with quick turnaround times.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel if necessary.
