Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to work for our client in Arlington, VA or Seattle, WA.

Title: Tech Recruiter - Utility Computing team

Pay Rate: $50.00 - 55.00/hour

24 month Contract role (W2) - 2 year contract

Location: Seattle, WA or Arlington, VA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm PT

In this high-impact role, you’ll support hiring for new and exciting projects in the utility computing space, working with the latest client technologies and gaining critical exposure to large-scale, high-performance environments.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Source, interview, and hire top talent for a variety of roles
• Conduct reference checks, make offers, and support onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to craft tailored recruitment strategies
• Utilize creative and technical sourcing strategies (e.g., Cleared Jobs, GenAI)
• Track and meet hiring goals (1–2 hires/month expected)
• Conduct exit interviews and employee status changes as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience
• Strong technical sourcing experience across multiple platforms
• Proven ability to develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Prior experience working in a cleared space or with security-sensitive roles
