Position Summary:
HaulLane is looking for a reliable and safety-focused CDL Driver with no restrictions to join our team. This role involves operating commercial vehicles for local and regional hauls, with a focus on flatbed transport and rigging support. The ideal candidate will have experience securing loads, handling oversized equipment, and working in dynamic job site environments.
Operate Class A commercial vehicles with flatbed trailers.
Transport materials, equipment, and freight safely and on schedule.
Perform rigging tasks, including loading/unloading, strapping, and securing heavy or irregular loads.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery records in accordance with DOT regulations.
Assist with equipment placement and job site setup when necessary.
Follow all safety protocols, company procedures, and client requirements.
Communicate effectively with dispatch and site teams regarding delivery timing and special instructions.
Valid Class A CDL with no restrictions (manual transmission & air brake endorsements required).
Clean driving record with no major violations.
2+ years of commercial driving experience, preferably with flatbed and rigging work.
Experience securing loads with chains, binders, and straps.
Ability to read maps, follow GPS, and complete necessary delivery paperwork.
Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs and work in outdoor environments.
Previous rigging or crane assist experience is a plus.
OSHA rigging or forklift certification (preferred, not required).
Mechanical aptitude or experience assisting with truck maintenance.
