Join the Maxwood Furniture team as an eCommerce Marketing Assistant and gain hands-on experience supporting some of the fastest-growing brands in home furnishings—including Max & Lily and Plank + Beam. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and motivated team player who’s excited to learn the ins and outs of eCommerce and marketing. In this role, you’ll work across departments to assist our Brand Managers and broader marketing team with a wide range of projects. Whether it’s updating product listings, helping launch a sale, or pulling performance reports, no two days will look exactly the same.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to multiple areas of digital business and brand marketing in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
You’ll get to - Support the setup and maintenance of product listings and site content
- Assist with marketing calendar planning, including seasonal campaigns and promotions
- Coordinate with designers, developers, and content creators to help bring campaigns to life
- Monitor inventory and help ensure accurate product and pricing data across platforms
- Provide general support for customer service, fulfillment, and order management
- Help draft campaign briefs for email, SMS, and other digital channels
- Pull basic reports to track performance and inform team priorities
- Jump into special projects and lend support wherever it’s needed most

Requirements - Demonstrated business initiative and a proactive mindset.
- eCommerce site and/or marketplace management with a history of successful revenue growth.
- Shopify+ experience strongly preferred.
- eCommerce product management & digital merchandising.
- eCommerce fulfillment, operations & inventory management.
- Digital advertising, Affiliate marketing, e-mail marketing
- eCommerce and/or retail customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced computer knowledge a MUST, especially Excel Spreadsheets.
- Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
