Capital City Club Crabapple Men's Grill Server Bartender Capital City Club Brookhaven is a private club located in Milton Ga. just North of Roswell. Home to a beautiful 18-hole golf course.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join the Capital City team in our Men's Grill, we offer a competitive hourly wage, free parking, free uniform, holiday, and vacation pay, free meals, opportunities for career development but best of all a fun and supportive workplace!
Key Responsibilities: - Stocks bar daily and maintain organization/cleanliness. Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before opening the bar.
- Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.
- Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.
- Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions, and training as required.
- Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.
- Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.
- Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.
- Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials.
- Follows daily opening and closing procedures, completes daily checklists and executes day-to-day operations relatively independently.
- Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them, accordingly, providing a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.
- Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!
Requirements: - Minimum 18 years of age.
- Excellent communication skills. Ability to communicate satisfactorily with members, guests, managers, and coworkers.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to understand, interpret, and input data. Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale a plus.
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.
- Ability to perform job functions and assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a "go-getter" attitude.
